Ya know,I glanced through that Inu Yasha chick's gallery and I honestly don't believe she's tracing - there are enough little flaws and skews in the poses that imply that she was copying a pose or something. The worst offense you could accuse her of is being a Sonic Re-colorist (only with Inu Yasha) since her characters and style aren't developed enough to be unique, but I don't see any signs of direct plagiarism.
